Who am I ?

In 2009, as a senior executive in a multinational, I touched the pangs of the famous burn-out. I'm lucky to get out of it, and I promise myself to do everything to never find myself in this state. I am looking for readings and practices that would allow me to stabilize my emotional state, to strengthen my ability to resist stress. I discovered sophrology a little by chance in 2015, and after a day of discovery, I started my journey study of sophrology by enrolling in the fundamental cycle of the Caycedian school of sophrology in Lausanne . After these first 2 years of undergraduate studies, I decided to continue with 2 additional years (radical and existential cycles), completing my understanding of sophrology, but also and above all of myself.
I am also the father of 2 boys, now young adults. The complicated passage represented by adolescence, then the existential questions related to the arrival in adulthood, led me to follow the specific training VES (Values Studies and Sophrology).
Thanks to sophrology, I now feel better equipped in relation to my environment, I have the tools and techniques that allow me to face the situations of everyday life, whether in a professional or personal context. . And above all, my vision of the world and of myself has fundamentally evolved, it is now much more positive and full of meaning.
I am a member of the Swiss Association of Professional Sophrologists (ASPP).
